Have you done your holiday shopping? Are you possibly overwhelmed by the numerous "stuff" around you to choose from? When I buy something I try to think carefully 1. why it's a good idea, 2. is it a green/organic product, 3. whom will it benefit, etc. before purchasing them. In today's world we are all responsible to think why we buy, what we buy and what for. Many of us live in such a consuming culture, and we are all taught that buying makes us happy. Well, we are also smart enough by now that it is not true.
I was introduced to MUN a few months ago, and tried their signature 100% organic serum. I enjoyed the exquisite aroma of rose and other flowers, and was amazed by its quality. My skin looked and felt incredibly healthy when I began using this serum. However, more than anything else, I've been impressed by the company's commitment to create a truly organic product that will benefit people and the environment!
Enjoy this wonderful limited-edition collaboration set! There is only a few left- so hurry! :)

My Talk at Rancho La Puerta
The holiday season is coming up, and I am sure that many of you are already getting
stressed out! Personally I am not a big fan of big holidays, and usually I feel so relieved when they are over.
Well, if you are planning a get-away, join me at this award-winning extraordinary wellness spa, Rancho La Puerta on December 22. I will be giving a talk on "Save The Himalayas" ~ creating book for the Tibetan Refugee Children, its process and why it's important to help preserve their dying culture and language.
You can enjoy the spa's gorgeous facilities, taking all kinds of wonderful classes such as yoga, meditation, cooking, swimming, and more and more!
And let's not forget about their fabulous meals. Organic and mainly wonderfully vegetarian! Well, what else can I say? It is just a very special place to detox, recharge and get in touch with yourself ♥

H.H.The Dalai Lama in Tokyo
My annual solo exhibition in Tokyo happened to be at the same time with the Dalai Lama's visit to Tokyo. Fortunately this happens every year coincidentally - I must have done something good in my past life to have this wonderful opportunity to see him!
For some reason, His Holiness calls me, "New York" every time we meet. I have been so
fortunate to meet him in New York many times, perhaps that is why.
He had a very busy schedule as always, and traveled around Japan. However, the media coverage of this renowned Nobel Peace Prize Laureate was minimum in Japan due to its tense political relationship with China. I truly hope that one day Japan will welcome The Dalai Lama with genuine open arms and support.
