I love tagine! I love its shape, I love what it does as a cooker and I love the taste that tagine creates. There are two kinds of tagine - one is to cook with and the other is just to serve. So when you buy a tagine you must be careful. If you want to cook with it you have to buy a cookable tagine. Otherwise, the tagine will break with heat. I also adore my Moroccan glass collection. I have so many of them and they are all over my house. They are just so beautiful and I enjoy looking at them every day. One day I want to travel around Morocco and Tunisia.
最近、日本でタジンが大人気と聞いてビックリ。私もずっと以前からタジンファンです！これがマイタジンです〜！かなり大きめ。もっとビッグサイズがほしかったのですが、あまリ大きいと料理しにくいので、これで我慢。オリーブオイルぬったり、乾かしたり、、、いろいろケアもありますが、なんだか良く可愛がっています。あと大好きで集めているのがモロッカングラス。う〜ん、見るとつい手が出て買ってしまう。家の中、いたるところに置いてあります。
ひとつひとつ違う模様を集めているのですが、どれも綺麗でつい、みとれてしまう私、、、。
いつか、モロッコやツニージアにも行ってみたいなあ〜、、、！
