Spring cleaning 春のお掃除中に

Many around me have been doing the spring cleaning, so I kind of started to work on my studio.
Then, this polaroid fell into the floor from a shelf. Wow, I hadn't seen this for some years... this test
shot was taken by my best friend, Rowland Kirishima, a renowned photographer, and it was for
my artist interview for Marie Claire. It was such a perfect spring day, I remember... :)


まわりがやたらと「スプリング・クリーニング！」と
騒ぐので、つい私もアトリエの整理をちょこっと、、。
すると棚からポロリと落ちて来たポラロイドショット。
これは『マリクレール』誌に掲載されたアーティスト
インタビュー用の撮影のテストショットで、撮って
くれたのは、私の弟のような大親友の桐島ローランド
君。今日の南カリフォルニアの晴天に負けないような
パーフェクトの春の日でした～。
